As a formally trained pastry chef, I'd like to say I create a dessert first, then I turn it into a wedding cake. Taste and quality are everything.

I love designing, creating and decorating. I left the big hotels behind and now my passion is working one on one with some of the happiest people in the world: A couple in love planning one of the biggest dinner parties of their lives.

The 411: Although I'm not from here myself, I've heard tons of wonderful things about Paula Lyons, the owner and designer. Looking at her bio, she’s constructed confections for some pretty big chiefs like Bill Clinton. And she’s worked at the Hyatt as well as honed her skills at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (a very prestigious and top school within the Vancouver area). Thus, brings me to her style.
